Welcome to Couch's Great House Restaurant, a fine dining establishment located in the picturesque fishing village of Polperro, Cornwall. Established in 2004, our restaurant has been a labour of love, born out of a desire to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all guests. Our executive head chef, Richard McGeown, has drawn on his past experiences of working with some of the country's most famous chefs, including Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, and Raymond Blanc, to create a unique dining experience.

We would like to remind our guests that our restaurant is not suitable for dogs or children under the age of seven, with the exception of assistance dogs. We believe that this policy helps us to maintain the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that our guests have come to expect from us.

Our private dining rooms can accommodate groups of up to 16 people, and are the perfect setting for birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate events.
