What are your current opening hours?
We are open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:30pm. The restaurant is closed from November 2nd to December 27th annually.
Do you offer wedding catering services?
Yes, we provide bespoke wedding catering for 100-150 guests with custom menus and professional service. We've catered over 350 weddings including 200 at Polhawn Fort.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a £25 deposit per guest, which is fully refundable with cancellations made 72 hours prior to reservation.
Are children permitted in the restaurant?
For the comfort of all guests, we do not permit children under seven years old except during special family service periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and require deposits via SMS payment link. Full payment is due on the evening of your reservation.
Can I request special dietary requirements?
Yes, please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking. Our chef can accommodate allergies and special needs with advance notice.
