Guaranteed Solutions for a Watertight Roof

At Highburn House Country Holiday Park, we offer a serene and peaceful retreat for families, couples, and individuals looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Nestled in the heart of the Cheviot Hills, on the edge of the Northumberland National Park, our park is the perfect base to explore the sights of Northumbria and the Scottish Borders.

Our Park

Our park is designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for all our guests. We offer a range of facilities to cater to all your needs, including touring and camping pitches, holiday homes, and a holiday cottage. Our park has glorious views all year round, and a small stream running through the centre adds to the natural beauty of the surroundings. We have a children's play area, dishwashing facilities, laundrette, and a reception area with a small coffee shop selling local produce.

Amenities

We take pride in providing clean and well-maintained facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our amenities include male and female washrooms with hot and cold water, vanity basins, hair and hand dryers, razor points, and free showers. We also have a disabled wash and toilet room complete with personal shower and separate mother and baby changing area. In addition, we have a chemical disposal point, grey waste disposal area, and water points. Our dog walking area is a great place to exercise your furry friends, and we welcome dogs on a lead.

The Area

The area around our park is steeped in history and natural beauty. The Northumbrian Heritage Coastline features traditional fishing villages and unspoilt golden beaches. Famous landmarks include Holy Island, the Farne Islands bird and seal sanctuaries, Bamburgh Castle, and Alnwick Castle, which was featured in the Harry Potter films. The market town of Wooler is just a short walk away, offering local foods, a monthly farmers' market, and excellent local pubs.
