Disappointing Experience with Plantations
Poor Workmanship and Unresponsive Service
The reviewer, Michael C., had a disappointing experience with Plantations, a company they hired to build a new step in their garden. Although they initially liked the garden plan, the execution was subpar. The cement used in the construction of the step has leeched onto the granite, causing discoloration that cannot be removed.
Unresponsive Customer Service
To make matters worse, the reviewer claims that despite making three phone calls to the company over a three-month period, David, the company representative, failed to return their calls to address their concerns. This lack of response has led the reviewer to strongly advise others to avoid using Plantations.
