The company has been accused of making false promises to employees, including guaranteed overtime and bonus schemes. However, these promises have failed to materialize, leaving employees feeling misled and unhappy.
Health and Safety Concerns
One reviewer suffered a serious injury on the job, which was attributed to a lack of mechanical aids and poor working conditions. Despite reporting the incident, the company failed to respond or take responsibility, leading to a report being made to the Health and Safety Executive.
