Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Service
The reviews suggest that this recruitment agency is lacking in professionalism, responsiveness, and quality. Lack of Attention to Detail is a recurring issue, with agents failing to read CVs before calling candidates or not adequately understanding the job requirements. This has resulted in wasted time for both candidates and clients.
For instance, Georgiana Popa was met with disrespect and condescension when she inquired about job availability. The agent's off-handed remark and subsequent laughter left a negative impression. Similarly, Jeanne was disappointed that the agent didn't bother to review her CV before discussing a job opportunity, which led to an unnecessary and frustrating conversation.
On the other hand, Raman Gill had a more positive experience, Good Customer Service was provided, with a prompt follow-up on job applications and a thorough job interview preparation process in place. The agent, Caroline, was professional, honest, and pleasant to deal with.
