Customer Service Concerns
The reviews featured below express grave dissatisfaction with the customer service and overall experience of using the agency. The first reviewer, Lara Dominguez Bello, awards the agency a rating of 1 star, citing it as the "worst agency ever". She highlights the agency's incompetence, describing how they put her on an emergency tax code and asked for a P45 before she started working. She strongly advises against working with this agency.
The second reviewer, an anonymous Google user, also rates the agency 1 star. Their experience was marred by a lack of staff at the reception, leading to an unacceptable wait. When a member of staff finally emerged, she was uncooperative, rude, and snappish, reacting angrily to a polite inquiry about her whereabouts.
