The worst landlord/letting agency I have ever dealt with in Newcastle upon Tyne. Their practices are deplorable, and they are despicable. It took a long time to get essential repairs sorted for example, we were left without hot water for an extended period despite reporting it IMMEDIATELY. Staff often arrived at the property with no notice. And worst of all, at the end of the tenancy, they attempted to withhold around 60% of our deposit, despite the fact that we had left the house in a far better state than when we moved in.

We improved the garden and addressed several issues ourselves, but they still tried to charge us for things that were clearly pre-existing. They are very clearly taking advantage of students lack of experience with renting in hopes of earning more money. I would not wish on my worst enemy to have to live in a property managed by Seekers.
