Quality of Service

Fast Service, High-Quality Work
Customers Egle Radisauskaite and Diogo Monteiro Pipa have praised the shop's fast and excellent service, with Egle specifically mentioning the nice staff and high quality of the work done. Diogo echoed these sentiments, stating that the shop's service was super efficient and one of the best he's ever experienced.
Disappointing Experience, Overpriced Battery
However, not all customers have had a positive experience. Author Francisca Marquez Arenas was unhappy with the shop's service, claiming that they provided a bill for 45, even though they had previously quoted her a lower price. Francisca was also upset that they claimed her watch needed an expensive battery, which she believed was not necessary. Ros McCabe was also dissatisfied, stating that the shop didn't seem to exist and the phone number didn't work.
