Whenever she rang to inquire about viewings, the staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, unable to assist her in arranging appointments. This lack of communication dragged on for several weeks.

The property in question is now let out, but Chloe never received a follow-up call to inform her. This poor treatment has left a lasting negative impression on her, leading her to explicitly state that she would not recommend this company to anyone.
