Staff Attitude and Behavior
There are concerns about the behavior of the nursery manager, Jacqueline, with two reviewers having negative experiences. One reviewer felt belittled and disrespected when they called to inquire about space for their infant, with Jacqueline becoming upset and irate. Another reviewer had a similar experience when they visited the nursery, with the manager being rude and speaking with an awful tone.
