Frustrating Experiences with P, S & C Solicitors
Poor Service and Lack of Communication
Several reviewers have expressed their frustration with the service provided by P, S & C Solicitors. Heidi B. rated them 2 stars, citing a frustrating experience with a private flat sale and leasehold extension that fell through. The initial solicitor left without informing them, and the next solicitor was slow and added extra charges.
Bad Advice and Incompetence
Farah Tarquil had a dreadful experience, receiving bad advice on evicting a tenant. She went elsewhere and found a more competent company run by ex-county court staff. Chad Valorum had a terrible experience with two different solicitors, citing ineptitude and a lack of accountability.
Arrogance and Lack of Empathy
Chad Valorum's review highlights the arrogance and lack of empathy shown by solicitor Michael Kilbane. He questioned the reviewer's legal right to information and failed to listen to their concerns. Nezuko's experience was similar, with a lawyer refusing to witness their passport application due to a perceived mismatch between their picture and appearance.
Corruption and Lack of Regulation
Chad Valorum's review also highlights the corruption and lack of regulation in the legal profession. He cites statistics showing that the Solicitors Regulation Authority often fails to discipline solicitors who have committed wrongdoing.
Positive Experiences
However, not all experiences with P, S & C Solicitors have been negative. Dawit Norval, Alexei Krasnov, and Sinead Kenny have all had positive experiences with the firm, citing prompt responses, professionalism, and value for money.
