Overwhelmingly Good Experience with One Notable Exception
Rachel and her team are praised for their exceptional service and efficiency. One client, Kevin Daniells, struggled with a lengthy divorce process for three years before joining Rachel's team, who successfully resolved the matter in a matter of weeks. Kevin expresses his gratitude for their assistance, stating it was the best part of his experience.
On the other hand, two other clients had distinctly negative experiences. Christopher Smith was dissatisfied with the service, describing it as "disgraceful." He felt judge-daddy syndrome, where he was not treated fairly and was told to collect paperwork from him multiple times, including an instance where Jessica Willets claimed her car was broken down, which seemed suspicious. This led to a threatening notice from the court, which Christopher feels was unfairly targeted at him.
Katy Wilkinson also had a poor experience, citing a lack of responsiveness after multiple attempts to contact Rachel's team. She notes that no response has been received, despite several emails and phone calls.
