Poor Experience with Pay and Service
The majority of reviews for Ristara Ltd are negative, with customers expressing dissatisfaction with their experience working with the company. One reviewer, ICoTy KurwaNaTo, gave the company a 1-star rating and accused them of being thieves, stating that they did not pay them for their work and that they are reporting the matter to ACAS.
Another reviewer, Daniel Fellows, also gave the company a 1-star rating and stated that it is not a good company to work for, paid through an umbrella company. Dean, who gave the company a 2-star rating, expressed disappointment with the poor service provided. He mentioned that the company did not seem to care about providing good service to their clients, and that they ignored him when he arrived at their office to sign up.
Dean also discussed the difficulty he experienced trying to get information about job openings, stating that he had to call the company twice to get clarification on a job he was previously told about. During the second call, he was told that the company had filled the vacancy internally, and that they don't receive IT job openings.
