Communication Breakdown
Effective communication seems to be nonexistent, with families struggling to get in touch with the home. In one instance, a family member's phone calls were ignored despite leaving their number multiple times. This lack of communication has led to concerns about the safety and well-being of residents.
Abuse and Neglect Allegations
A disturbing allegation of abuse and neglect has been made, with a family sharing a disturbing image of their son's leg after a night staff member allegedly left him in a vulnerable state. This incident has led to legal action being taken.
Misinformation and Deception
Families have been misinformed about the level of care their loved ones are receiving. In one case, a family was told their grandfather would receive one-to-one care at a cost of 2,800 per week, only to discover that this was not the case. This has led to feelings of upset and mistrust.
