Communication and Customer Service
James, the recruiter, is praised for his excellent communication skills. Chris S. had regular updates throughout the hiring process and felt that James went above and beyond to accommodate him. Ageism and Discrimination
However, not all reviews were positive. Andy Plumb had a very different experience with James.
