Trinity Factors is a family business established in Edinburgh in 1976. We have grown to a staff of 50 and manage over 10,000 properties around Scotland. Our team includes qualified Property Managers, office staff, and our maintenance team. Many staff members are members of the Chartered Insurance Institute, The Institute of Residential Property Management, The Institute of Business Administration, and other professional organisations.
Our Customers
We manage over 10,000 properties, including blocks of flats and estates of houses on behalf of mutual owners and individual properties. We also manage many retirement flats complexes, several of which were built by McCarthy & Stone and enjoy the services of a dedicated House Manager.
