How to Pay Your Tax Bill
If you need to pay your tax bill, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) offer various ways to do so. You can pay online or by telephone banking, CHAPS, debit or corporate credit card, or by cheque through the post. You will need your Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number, which can be found on documents from HMRC, such as your tax return, notices to file a tax return, or on your Open Space account. If you cannot find it on any of these, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Communication Fails Lead to Disappointment
The reviews highlight a consistent theme of poor communication and lack of follow-through, leaving customers frustrated and disappointed. Commuting Issues
Several customers have experienced difficulties in getting a response from the company, with authors Mark Gillespie and David Smith citing never receiving a response to their website enquiry and a patchy response to email, respectively. This lack of communication has led to a poor impression and a negative experience. Contrast with Expectations
Mark Gillespie notes that the company initially seemed interested in serving his company, but did not follow through on the engagement, causing issues with setting up the business. David Smith had also set up the company as the registered office, only to receive a text message stating that a Companies House letter had been returned without prior notification or communication.
Unsatisfactory Resolution
When customers tried to resolve these issues, they were met with unhelpful and uncooperative staff. David Smith received a rude and unapologetic response when he called to discuss the issue with the returned letter. Subpar Service
The reviews suggest that the company's communication and customer service are subpar, leading to a lack of trust and a negative reputation. Customers are left feeling frustrated and disappointed, ultimately choosing to take their business elsewhere.
