Mixed Reviews

Disappointing Experiences

Two customers had disappointing experiences at Tuddenham Nurseries Garden Centre and Coffee Shop. Debbie Willats, who gave the review a 1-star rating, visited on May 27th and was met with conflicting signage. The gates were open, but the barriers at the entrance were closed, one of which was designed to be pulled to the side to allow customers to pass through. When she tried to explain this to a staff member, he became aggressive and shouted that the shop was closed, citing the signs. Debbie and her 81-year-old companion said they would never return to the garden centre again.

Positive Comments

On the other hand, Roella Trudgill had a positive experience, giving the review a 5-star rating. She visited with her husband and their cycling club, who had previously recommended the garden centre. They both enjoyed delicious hot chocolate, which was served at their table by friendly staff. The menu was varied, and the seats were comfortable, with a lovely enclosed courtyard for outside seating. The toilets were also clean and well-maintained.
