Award-Winning Memorial Masons in Norfolk
Bierton & Woods Stonemasons is a distinguished stone masonry business founded by Dick Bierton and Michael Woods, two highly skilled memorial masons with over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. Our journey began with a legacy of serving local families through a well-known regional masonry company, which was acquired in 2012. This prompted us to establish our independent practice at The Old Sack Factory in Scole, Diss, where we continue to deliver bespoke, handcrafted memorials that reflect the unique stories of loved ones. Our expertise spans traditional stonemasonry techniques and modern machinery, ensuring both artistry and precision in every project. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship while embracing innovation to meet contemporary needs. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to guiding families through the memorial creation process with empathy, transparency, and technical excellence. With a reputation built on trust and quality, we have completed memorials in nearly all local churchyards and cemeteries over the past 16 years. Our services extend beyond memorials to include kitchen worktops, fire hearths, and house signs, all crafted to the same exacting standards. We offer free consultations, home visits, and a 10-year guarantee on fitted memorials, underscoring our commitment to customer satisfaction. As a registered company in England & Wales, we combine local knowledge with national recognition, having won awards for our craft while preserving the timeless art of stonemasonry.
