Poor Service and Faulty Cars

Max Williams, Rebecca Robinson, Bradley Cooper-Barnard, and Jaap Stamina all gave the dealership 1-star ratings and had issues with the quality of the cars they purchased. Max Williams' car broke down after a year, and the dealership did not provide adequate assistance. Rebecca Robinson's friend had a similar issue with a car that was sold to her, and Bradley Cooper-Barnard's mother had a car that became critically faulty within 10 days of purchase. Jaap Stamina had a series of issues with his car, including timing belt failure, and the dealership refused to take it back or provide adequate repairs.
