Issues and Complaints
However, several customers have reported issues with Panther's service. Adam describes his experience as "terrible, " citing inflexible customer support and unhelpful delivery drivers. Ernie Herridge was unhappy with the driver's handling of his sofa bed, which resulted in a dent in the plaster wall outside his flat. Sam Garratt received a damaged TV, but was unable to inspect it until after unpacking it.
