Overall Experience
The majority of customers have had a satisfactory experience with Phoenix Travel, with one reviewer describing their day in Worthing as "wonderful" and praising the driver's care. However, a negative experience arose when a driver allegedly engaged in threatening behaviour towards a cyclist.
Driver Behaviour
Not all drivers employed by Phoenix Travel conduct themselves with civility. A reviewer, Mark Coleman, reported a distressing encounter with a driver who deliberately attempted to sideswipe him while riding a bicycle. This behaviour was accompanied by abusive language and gestures.
Company Response
In the wake of this incident, the reviewer reported the matter to the police and Phoenix Travel. Unfortunately, the company responded poorly, showing little interest in the negative impact their driver was having on their customers.
