At Hamptons Jewellers, we offer a wide range of services designed to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Whether you require a minor repair to a vintage item of jewellery, a new battery for your timepiece, or desire a bespoke ring, our skilled craftsmen and expert jewellers are happy to guide you through the process. We regularly source individual gemstones as required to either match existing stones or stand alone in a new ring, pendant, bracelet, or earring.
Our comprehensive services include:
- Diamond Concierge Service: We offer a personalized concierge service for bespoke requests, helping you to source and guide you through what can be an overwhelming process.
- Home Delivery: We provide couriered home delivery for all jewellery and watch orders. For any purchase above 10,000 within 50 miles of our Harrogate shop, we will send a Hamptons representative to make the delivery.
- Virtual Appointments: We offer virtual appointments with one of our sales team via Zoom, Teams or Whatsapp, enabling you to see our beautiful jewellery up close and personal.
- Home Visits: Although currently unavailable due to the current climate, we plan to resume our home visit service, where our experts will bring our beautiful jewellery to the comfort of your own home.
