Product Quality Issues
Several customers have reported issues with the product quality and accuracy of their orders. Janine Rodd ordered 25m long rolls of plastic, but received deliveries that were 1.2m short. EvelinaM EvelinaM had multiple orders that were incorrect or incomplete, including receiving a product that weighed only 300g instead of the 2x 800g ordered. Hayati received an order with 25 single wall card boxes instead of the 150 ordered. These customers have expressed frustration and disappointment with the company's product quality and accuracy.
Customer Service
Many customers have also reported poor customer service. Janine Rodd and EvelinaM EvelinaM both had issues with the customer service department, with Janine reporting that they didn't respond to her second email and EvelinaM reporting that they didn't apologize or offer a solution to the problem. Hayati also had a terrible experience with customer service, reporting that the company didn't respond to her emails or apologize for the mistake. Other customers have reported receiving unsolicited sales calls despite telling the company that they would only reach out when needed.
Contrasting Positive Experiences
However, some customers have had positive experiences with Kite Packaging. Beth reported great service, with her order being dispatched the next day and the product being of high quality. Louise was also delighted with the service and product choice, reporting that her orders were always speedy and that the company was her "first port of call" whenever she needed packaging. Felicity Edwards was initially happy with the service, but later reported being bombarded with cold calling sales calls.
