Food Quantity and Temperature
Some customers have reported issues with the quantity and temperature of their food. Harmoney Reilly found their pizza to be only warm, nearly cold, while Mark Turner's food took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive, and was freezing cold. John Fj Cunningham's chicken pakora calzone was also a bit of a letdown, as it was mushy with no crunch.
Service and Atmosphere
The service and atmosphere have been a mixed bag. Harmoney Reilly praised the friendly staff, while Garth Bolton also commended the excellent food and service. However, Ramyasri Bolimera was unimpressed with the service, citing irresponsible and unresponsive staff. Mark Turner and Tom Kelly had poor experiences with the service, with Mark's order taking a long time to arrive and Tom's meal being delayed due to a misunderstanding over prices. Fevvara Caizley, on the other hand, found the staff very friendly and enjoyed her meal.
Prices and Handling Fees
Adam Wilkie was charged a 50p handling fee on his card transaction, and felt that this approach was a bit unsavory. Tom Kelly was also charged an additional 4 on his order, which he deemed unfair given that the prices were clearly listed on the menu board.
