At Nazareth House Primary and Nursery School, we pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment for children of all ages. Our school is situated in the beautiful old building just off Bishop Street, Derry, and is equipped to the highest standards. Our commitment to providing a high-quality education is reflected in our dedicated staff of ten teachers, eighteen classroom assistants, five lunch supervisors, four cleaners, caretaker, and secretary. Together, we strive to make our school a very welcoming and industrious place.

Our teaching staff are committed to getting to know each child as an individual, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential.
One of the key features of our school is our Wrap-Around service, which includes Breakfast Club from 8.30am and After School Provision until 4.55pm. This service is particularly useful for working parents who require childcare solutions. We also offer a range of extracurricular activities and opportunities for children to develop their interests and talents outside of the classroom.

We are proud of our easily accessible drop-off area, located along Foyle Road/Moat Street, which makes it convenient for parents to drop off and collect their children.
