Disappointing Experience
The first reviewer, Borisas Fominychas, had a disastrous experience with a product pick-up. He arrived at 10 am on April 26, but found the gate closed and no one answering the phone. The person eventually told him that the product was ordered a long time ago and could only be picked up after 2 pm. Borisas would not recommend this person.
Excellent Experience
On the other hand, David John Simpson had a fantastic experience with Malek Joinery. He had dealt with them twice, 10 years apart, and chose them because of a friend's recommendation. He found them honest, cheap, and good quality. In particular, he was impressed with the recent window installation, which was a significant improvement from the previous one in terms of quality, despite being competitive on price.
