Our Expertise
Our team of over 50 staff ensures that our customers receive the highest level of service. Each customer is assigned a dedicated account manager, and exclusive access to our online portal helps customers stay on top of costs and waste output, as well as giving them the option to reserve skips and containers.
Our Facilities
Our facilities house a waste transfer station and a Materials Recycling Facility, which provides a licenced facility for companies to tip waste. This service is available to companies that hold a valid waste carrier license (WCL).
Staff and Service
The staff at M W White have received praise for their helpfulness and politeness. One reviewer, James Grant, mentioned that the guy in accounts was very friendly and polite. Ruby Skinner also complimented Jamie at M W White, calling him a "star" and saying he's "one of the best in the UK."
Efficiency and Timeliness
Psoc mentioned that they arrived at half 6 for a 7 o'clock booking and was leaving by a quarter to 8, implying that the service was efficient and timely. Harry Fabb also praised the service, saying it's "wonderful" and that they get "so much more of a better service" compared to their neighbours who use Biffa.
Issues with Organization and Flexibility
On the other hand, Lou Peck had a very negative experience with the company, citing that they are "shockingly disorganised and completely inflexible." They mentioned that the company would rather lose business than work with longstanding customers.
Damage and Compensation
Aaron Taylor had a poor experience with the company after one of their lorries caused 5000 of damage to their property and refused to pay for it. This has led to concerns about the company's business practices.
Facility and Environment
Michael Stephenson mentioned that the yard has issues with cleanliness, citing that it "STINKS" and has problems with food waste and flies.
