We provide a full range of services, including rent collection, service charge administration, and property maintenance.
Building Surveying & Consultancy
Our building surveying services are provided by Chartered Surveyors with specialist experience. We offer impartial guidance, support, and quality advice on all building and structural issues. Our building surveying services include condition surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis.
Valuations & Professional Services
Our valuation services are carried out by Chartered Surveyors in accordance with RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards (The Red Book). We provide specialist advice on all commercial property matters, acting either for landlords or tenants. Our professional services include rent reviews, lease renewals, and expert witness services.
Acquisitions and Development
Our acquisitions and development services include expert advice and consultations on all aspects of property acquisition, including requirements, searches, and negotiations. We also offer a full management service for property development and alteration.
