Food Quality
The quality of food has been mixed across reviews. Some customers have experienced spoiled or unappetizing food, such as Dr. Vinod Cv's rating of 2 stars, where they found the puttu to be a "waste of money" and Logu Basky's rating of 1 star, where they described the nithili puttu as one of the worst they had ever had.
