Gift Voucher Issues
Several customers have experienced issues with gift vouchers, including the expiration date not being clearly communicated. One customer, Paul Yeubrey, purchased a 100 voucher as a gift, only to discover the expiration date was only six months from the purchase date. Despite explaining this to the cashier at the time of purchase, the voucher was ultimately worthless when attempted to be redeemed 10 months later. The owner of the salon admitted that the employee who sold the voucher had been terminated, but did not offer a solution.
Pricing Concerns
Another customer, Dianne Bowen, expressed disappointment with the pricing of the salon's treatments, citing that the company had increased prices due to COVID-19 measures. She felt that paying extra for the owner and PPE on each visit was unreasonable.
