Positive Experiences
Elite has provided excellent service to several customers. Ryan, a representative from the company, went above and beyond to assist a customer's father with transporting and modifying his mobility scooter to accommodate his needs. Another customer praised the helpful staff and polite manner in which they were treated.
Negative Experiences
Unfortunately, there have been several negative experiences reported. One customer had trouble with a mobility scooter they purchased, with it spending more time in the shop than with them. Another customer was dissatisfied with the service, which they felt was unprofessional and rude. A family was left grieving after Elite refused to take back a scooter that was still under warranty, despite the customer's request.
