Our company was founded in 2009 by husband-and-wife duo, Dean and Helen Haynes. With a combined 30 years of experience in the property industry, they set out to create a business that would truly put the needs of their clients first. With no intention of being a "chain" estate agent, we have chosen not to have a high street presence, but instead, have an office in the heart of Ealing Broadway.

Dean, our managing partner, has over 3 decades of experience in the property industry, having worked for many of the UK's leading agents before starting Match a Property. Dean's passion for property and deep knowledge of the local market has earned him a reputation as one of the most respected agents in West London.
Helen, our managing partner, has a background in the retail industry, having worked for Buying Teams of retailers such as Boots, Carphone Warehouse/Best Buy, Woolworths and Jessups. With a keen eye for detail and dedication to providing exceptional customer service, Helen has been instrumental in shaping Match a Property's unique approach to property sales and letting.
