Another reviewer, Donna Cowan, had a great experience with Andrew, who conducted a home report in a friendly and professional manner.
Unprofessionalism and Unsettling Encounters
On the other hand, some reviewers have had negative experiences with Whyte & Barrie. Colin Morrison's review critiqued the lack of knowledge in areas outside of South Lanarkshire, which led to the collapse of a sale.
