Our Divisions

We have two main divisions; Commercial and Insurance Repair & Renovation. Our Commercial division delivers a broad range of services, from new build to refurbishment and maintenance, to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our Insurance Repair & Renovation division is highly experienced in all forms of insurance-related building claims, including underpinning, water damage, malicious damage, fire, flood, and storm claims.

Gelder Living

Our Gelder Living division has been building luxury homes for over 35 years, with a wealth of knowledge and craftsmanship. We deliver everything with a 'can-do' attitude and constantly challenge our teams to deliver everything with a special 'Gelder Touch', which our customers love.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

At the Gelder Group, we understand that we have an impact on the environment, and we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint. We have built an environmental reserve at our Head Office, featuring woodlands and a large lake, which was created from 13 acres of poor quality ex-agricultural land and has been extensively redeveloped to provide a haven for wildlife and native habitats.

Our Community Involvement

We believe in giving back to our community, and we support various charitable initiatives through our Gelder Charitable Trust, established in March 2020.
