Problems with Booking and Vehicle Damage
Several reviewers have experienced issues with booking and vehicle damage. Darrel Bruce was refused by the company after he set up new insurance and travel miles, only to find out that the company didn't check their policies properly before letting him spend hundreds of pounds.
