Unreliable Booking and Service Issues
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with the company's booking and service. David McGill and Kelly Davies both reported having pre-booked taxis that failed to arrive, with no communication or updates provided. David had to wait for over 30 minutes before giving up, while Kelly described the experience as an "absolute shambles".
Jennifer McClymont, on the other hand, had a positive experience, with a quick and easy booking process and a helpful driver.
Drivers' Behavior
Kirstie Morrison had a mixed experience, with a helpful driver on her initial journey but a lack of assistance and a cancelled booking on her return journey. Jackie Jack had to settle for a taxi that initially refused to take her dog, despite her specific request.
