With over 50 years of combined experience, our team has managed a diverse range of properties, including sports clubs, cafes, film locations, retail outlets, membership clubs, physiotherapy practices, and private properties.

Our Services

Our team has a proven track record of increasing revenue, memberships, and footfall by analyzing all aspects of a venue's operations and identifying ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profits. We have undertaken major refurbishment projects, organized events for up to 9,000 people, managed over 60 acres of grounds, and even catered for royalty.

Our team has successfully operated, managed, and developed events companies, covering various aspects of the business, from large corporate "team building" days to christenings, weddings, birthday parties, and wakes.

Our Expertise

Our team consists of two experienced professionals, Paul Buffery and Natalie Hostombe. Paul has over 10 years of experience in the events industry, with a background in property conversion and development. Natalie has over 15 years of experience in managing public and private members clubs, including rugby, tennis, golf, indoor skiing, and Gaelic sports.
