What age groups do you accept?
We care for children from 3 months to 5 years across our nurseries, with age-specific rooms and tailored activities for each developmental stage.
Are meals provided?
Yes, we offer freshly prepared meals with vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options. Menus follow three-week rotations and accommodate special dietary requirements.
Do you offer funded childcare?
Eligible families can access 15-30 hours of free childcare weekly for 2-4 year olds, plus some 9-month-olds from September 2025 under government schemes.
How do you communicate with parents?
We use the FAMILY platform for daily updates, progress reports, and instant messaging. Parents also receive regular face-to-face feedback from key workers.
What are your opening hours?
Nurseries operate Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm, 51 weeks a year. Early drop-off from 7:30am requires advance booking at selected locations.
How are staff trained?
All managers hold Early Years Professional Status. Practitioners complete enhanced DBS checks and ongoing training in revised EYFS requirements and child protection.
