Positive: Some reviewers have had positive experiences with teachers at the school being professional and caring, but these experiences are not consistent across all reviews.
Negative: The school has been criticized for Islamicophobia, rude and unprofessional behavior by some staff members, and communication issues.

Islamicophobia and Unprofessionalism

Concerns have been raised about the school's Islamicophobia, with one reviewer stating that they feel sorry for Muslim parents who send their children to the school. Another reviewer experienced racism and unprofessionalism, reporting that teachers Diane and Victoria had "disgusting attitudes" and were "very rude and unprofessional". They also mentioned that other white staff members share these attitudes.

Contrasting Experiences

However, some reviewers have had positive experiences at the school. One reviewer, Lilian Abrahams, gave a five-star review and praised the teachers, including Diane, for being "amazing", "professional", and "good with the children". She mentioned that her children have moved on to a higher class but still love Diane, who genuinely cares about the children under her care.

Mixed Impressions

Another reviewer, Aisha Miller, gave a three-star review, stating that the school used to be excellent but has recently become less so due to the reception team being "extremely rude" and "outstandingly limited" in their ability to listen and understand. However, they did mention that some teachers and classroom support staff were "attentive and on the ball" and that their child's teachers were also good.

Communication Issues

Aisha Miller also reported difficulties in communicating with the school, including providing incorrect information for their child's application and not being able to keep track of their contact details. This has led to frustration and distrust.
