Precision Machining
We produce high-precision machined components to exact customer drawings using advanced CNC technology. Our capabilities cover one-off prototypes to small batch production in materials including carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminium, and engineering plastics. With 18 CNC machining centres and calibrated inspection equipment, we ensure dimensional accuracy to tight tolerances for industries requiring critical performance components.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities include 3- and 4-axis machining on Hurco and Dugard centres with work envelopes up to 1020 x 530 x 510mm. We handle complex geometries and multi-surface machining for components used in automotive assembly systems and industrial equipment. The combination of modern equipment and experienced operators ensures efficient production of precision-engineered parts to exacting specifications.
Surface Finishes
We coordinate application of specialist surface treatments including hard chrome plating, anodizing, electroless nickel, and ceramic coating to enhance component performance. CNC Turning

I needed the services of a machine shop and visited the one I had used for about three decades only to find that unless I no longer fitted their style of customer. After some searching I found Hatto and Gibson, a reasonable distance from me, so a quick call and I was on my way. I was greeted in a friendly and helpful way, something I was used to having used machine shops since 1977, I explained my problems and whilst I was enjoying chatting with staff my items were whisked away and adjusted as needed.
Im so pleased places like this still exist, and have no doubt I will return for any further work in the future.
