Pricing and Value
The main criticism of LickLibrary is the significant price increase, with some DVDs now costing up to 5 more than before. This has deterred some customers, who feel that the value for money is no longer as good as it once was. The removal of free postage during the Covid-19 pandemic was also seen as a negative move.
Content and Quality
