Poor Quality of Service
The majority of the reviews are extremely dissatisfied with the car wash service. Linute Ci, Tahmina Aktar, Egg, Rochelle Burgess, and M. K. all gave the car wash 1-star ratings and expressed disappointment with the quality of service. They mentioned poor cleaning, unprofessional staff, and lack of responsibility for the work being done. Egg even had their rug stolen and reported that the staff tried to gaslight and lie to them.
Confusing Pricing
Jonid Dowlut gave the car wash 2 stars, stating that he questioned being charged a high price for a car wash, especially considering it's not a large vehicle. He also mentioned that the inside cleaning was poor.
Positive Reviews
However, there were a few positive reviews. Muhammad Idrees gave the car wash 5 stars, praising the excellent management, polite staff, and good work done on his car. Ashraf Ali Khan also gave 4 stars, saying that the wash was great and the staff cleaned his vehicle well, although he noted that the inside cleaning could be improved.
