Our practice, situated at 40 Grays Inn Road, London, WC1X 8LR, is equipped with the latest technology and maintained to the highest standards. Our practice was established in 1988 by Dr Christine E. F. Sieger-Millinson, who has since then dedicated her time and effort in building a dental practice that is focused on long-term health and preventative care. Our patients' well-being is at the heart of our practice and we strive to provide a friendly and relaxed environment for all our patients, including those who may feel anxious or nervous.

Our services encompass a full range of dental treatments, from preventative care and check-ups, to fillings and mercury-free fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays, veneers, implants, gum treatment, and emergency treatment. We pride ourselves in offering high-quality cosmetic treatments, including veneers and bleaching, to enhance our patients' smiles.

Our Team

Our team is led by Dr Christine E. F. Sieger-Millinson, who has over 30 years of experience in dentistry. She is joined by Dr Pilar Gesto, who has postgraduate qualifications in Advanced Oral Surgery from Havana University and Implant Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute. Dr Gesto is known for her caring nature and her ability to make dental appointments easy and fun, even for nervous patients and children. We also have a team of affiliate practitioners, including Periodontists and Orthodontists, who work closely with us to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Dr Christine E. F. Sieger-Millinson

Dr Christine E. F. Sieger-Millinson, our principal dentist, was born and educated in Germany. She studied dentistry at the Royal Dental Hospital at the University of London, graduating with a BDS(Hons) and a Distinction in Medicine. She remained in London, first as an associate dentist, then establishing her own practice and also working part-time as a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Guys Dental Hospital and St Thomas's. Her practice, Gray's Inn Road Dental Practice, was established in 1988 and has since then followed a policy of conservation, with the main emphasis being on the prevention of disease and the long-term maintenance of general dental health by non-invasive procedures.

Dr Pilar Gesto

Dr Pilar Gesto, our associate dentist, obtained her dental degree from Universidad Europea in Madrid (Spain). She has since then obtained postgraduate qualifications in Advanced Oral Surgery from Havana University (Cuba) and Implant Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute (UK). Dr Gesto frequently attends seminars to stay ahead of new developments and master new techniques. She has served patients in Gloucestershire and central London since 2009. She is known for her caring nature, which makes dental appointments easy and fun, even for nervous patients and children.

Affiliate Practitioners

We work closely with a team of affiliate practitioners, including Periodontists and Orthodontists, who work closely with us to provide the best possible care for our patients. Our Periodontists, Paul Baker and Ian Needleman, specialise in Periodontics and have many years of experience in this field. They provide treatment for gum disease, as well as dental implants for missing teeth. Our Orthodontist, Claire Nightingale, specialises in orthodontic care for all ages, including fixed and removable braces, Invisalign, and braces on the inside of teeth.
