Onder Sahan, our CEO, has a proven track record of success in the industry, having opened his first restaurant in 1999. Since then, he has developed a unique style of cooking that blends traditional Turkish cuisine with modern twists and flavors. Our Concept
Hazev Restaurant is the perfect combination of the authentic Anatolian dining experience and the lavish scenery that comes with it. Our award-winning chefs have designed a menu that showcases the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean, with a focus on healthy mezes, succulent seafood, charcoal-grilled meats, and a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. Our in-house pastry chef creates an assortment of delicious desserts, including timeless favorites like Baklava and Kunafa.
