Reviews
Positive: The nursery provides a warm and supportive environment, with staff who genuinely care for the children.
Negative: The lack of enthusiasm and flexibility in arranging viewings for prospective parents can be off-putting.

Delay and Disinterest in Arranging a Viewing

Several reviewers have lamented the disappointing experience of attempting to book a visit to the nursery. Ana B. recounts how the manager, an elderly lady, told them she could only arrange a viewing after a month and a half, which left them feeling put off and unimpressed. This lack of enthusiasm for showing prospective parents the facilities is a significant concern.

Exceptional Nursery Experience

In stark contrast, Kimberley Shipley and Ruby Xia have had overwhelmingly positive experiences at the nursery. Kimberley praises the staff's friendliness and commitment to the children, stating that her son has grown confident and learned a significant amount during his two years at the nursery. Ruby agrees, noting that the staff are kind and helpful, and that her son has made significant progress, including picking up new words daily. Both reviewers commend the owners and office staff for making an effort to connect with the children and provide a nurturing environment.
