Chris Bloxham, our Managing Director, is a local lad with a deep understanding of the Weston-super-Mare property market. Cherry Hodge, our Office Manager, has been with the company for over 20 years and is instrumental in the day-to-day running of the business. Hannah Humphrey, our Personal Assistant to the Directors, has 20 years' experience in the industry and provides advice and support to our sales department.
Zoe Tippetts, our Rental Accounts Manager, ensures that all landlords and contractors are paid on time. Debbie Morris, our Maintenance Manager, brings over 20 years' experience in housing and provides excellent customer service to our landlords and tenants. Sally Perrott, our Senior Lettings Negotiator, has been with the company the longest and is our most experienced team member. Diane Hearle, our Administrator, has over 25 years' experience in the property industry and ensures the smooth running of our office. Anne Coleby-Hill, our Lettings Negotiator, is the newest member of our team and brings a wealth of experience from her previous business.
