Our Story
McDowalls Surveyors Ltd was founded in 1880 by George A McDowall, who was a poor rate collector for West Ham Council at the time. Over the years, the company has undergone significant transformations, with notable milestones including the joining of Myles Francis in 1920, Douglas Stratford in 1973, and Chris Baker in 1999. Today, Chris Baker is the owner of the company, ensuring that McDowalls continues to provide traditional services while introducing additional specialisms.
