Our 24 hour emergency line provides assistance, be that in helping you get into your home if you have lost your keys, or in sending an emergency contractor out to you as soon as possible if there is a leak in your building. Our routine visits also provide a great opportunity to keep in touch with landlords, tenants and residents of our blocks, allowing us time to check that they are satisfied, as well as ensuring the building is up to our top quality standard.
